Website terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026. This is an English translation; if the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
1. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using the Tiendo website at tiendo.eu (the “Site”) and are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
- The service provider is NUBLADO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0001050386, NIP (tax ID) 9571161497, REGON 525989527 (the “Provider”). Contact: kontakt@nublado.pl.
- A user is anyone who uses the Site (the “User”).
- These terms apply only to the Site. They do not govern the implementation or use of the Tiendo system – the parties agree on those in a separate contract.
2. Services
- Through the Site, the Provider offers the following services by electronic means:
- access to information about the Tiendo system and the Provider's services,
- an inquiry form through which the User can ask to be contacted, for a presentation of the system or for a quote for an implementation.
- The services are free of charge.
3. Nature of the information on the Site
- The content of the Site, including descriptions of the system's features, screenshots and descriptions of implementations, is for information only. It is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to enter into negotiations (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).
- No contract concerning the Tiendo system is concluded through the Site. Sending an inquiry does not oblige either the User or the Provider to conclude a contract.
- The scope of features, the schedule and the price of an implementation are agreed individually and bind the parties only once a separate contract is concluded.
- Screenshots show specific implementations or sample data. The look and features of the system in another implementation may differ.
4. Technical requirements
- To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
- To send an inquiry you need JavaScript enabled in your browser and an active email address.
- Using the internet carries typical risks such as malware, phishing or interception of data in transit. The Site only connects to Users over encrypted HTTPS. The Provider never asks for passwords or payment details through the Site.
5. Conclusion and termination of the service agreement
- The agreement to provide the Site's content is concluded when the User opens the Site and ends when the User leaves it.
- The agreement to use the form is concluded when the User starts filling it in and is performed when the inquiry is sent. The User may withdraw the inquiry at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, by writing to kontakt@nublado.pl.
6. Rules of use
- The User uses the Site in accordance with the law and good practice.
- It is prohibited to submit unlawful content through the Site, to enter another person's data in the form without authorisation, and to disrupt the Site, including by sending the form in bulk or automatically.
- The Provider may leave unanswered and delete an inquiry that breaches these rules.
7. Rights to content
The Site's content, including texts, graphics, screenshots of the system and the Nublado name and logo, is protected by copyright. It belongs to the Provider or is used with the permission of the rights holders, including the owners of the stores shown as example implementations. Copying or distributing it beyond permitted use requires the Provider's consent.
8. Liability
- The Provider takes care that the Site works correctly and that its content is up to date, but does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption. The Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Site, for example during technical work.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the Site, without agreeing the details of cooperation in a separate contract.
- The Provider is not responsible for the content of websites linked from the Site.
- The above limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of law.
9. Complaints
- Complaints about how the Site works can be sent by email to kontakt@nublado.pl.
- A complaint should include the User's contact details and a description of the problem.
- The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the email address it was sent from, unless the User asks otherwise.
10. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy available on the Site.
11. Final provisions
- These terms are made available on the Site in a way that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
- The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of the services. The amended terms will be published on the Site with a new date and do not affect inquiries sent earlier.
- These terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
- A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example by contacting a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or a regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Information about these procedures is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
